Falcon Holidays Development Officer
CPAS helps churches to share the good news of Jesus Christ, including through Venture and Falcon holidays for 8-18s.
Falcon holidays are designed for young people facing challenges in their daily lives, who may not otherwise have the chance to experience a holiday or engage with the Bible meaningfully. We’re looking for someone passionate about children living in tough circumstances having the opportunity to experience Christian hospitality, generosity and kindness, whilst exploring life with Jesus. The ideal candidate will be self–motivated and proactive, and knowledgeable about national and local church and secular initiatives serving children and young people in areas of deprivation and the impact of poverty and disadvantage on the life chances and well-being of children.
As the Falcon Holidays Development Officer, you will, through networking, vision-casting, training and strategy development, drive the first phase of a strategic review. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next chapter of our Falcons ministry. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
