DESCRIPTION:<a href="https://www.cpas.org.uk/event/building-teams-and-mobil
ising-people-50">Building Teams and Mobilising People</a>\nFor many in chu
rch leadership\, building teams and mobilising people poses something of a
challenge. In fact\, through our own research and ongoing conversations w
ith church leaders over the last year\, this has consistently emerged as a
number one issue leaders are grappling with. Questions like these abound:
How do you build a team when people are already stretched? How do you del
egate when others feel too busy to take on more? How do you lead across mu
ltiple churches\, PCCs\, and expectations? In this training morning we’l
l explore how to build healthy\, sustainable teams\, not by adding more pr
essure\, but by considering how people are invited\, developed\, and relea
sed into God’s mission. We’ll look at (amongst other things):how to id
entify and grow leaders\, not just fill gaps.how to mobilise people who ar
e willing but time-poor.how to lead across complexity.how to create a cult
ure where contribution is life-giving\, not burdensome. The aim is that yo
 u leave with practical tools\, fresh perspective\, and a clearer pathway f
or building teams that can lead to a flourishing church. Cost: £21 per at
