 e session brings together clergy and school leaders to explore these quest
 ions in a spirit of curiosity\, generosity and shared learning. Through di
 scussion\, case studies and reflection\, participants will have the opport
 unity to examine some of the assumptions\, aspirations and tensions that s
 it beneath our work with children and young people. Together we will consi
 der:What do we mean by spiritual development and Christian discipleship?Wh
 at outcomes are we hoping for in children and young people?How can Church 
 schools remain confidently Christian while welcoming those of other faiths
  and none?What does it mean for pupils\, families and staff to be "present
  with integrity"?How might schools and churches work together when childre
 n show deeper spiritual curiosity or interest in faith?What are the opport
 unities and boundaries of school–church partnership? The session is desi
 gned to be reflective\, practical and participative\, creating space for d
 iverse perspectives and honest conversation. Whether you lead a school\, s
