 , those under 40 are carrying significant responsibility\, navigating chan
 ge and seeking to lead faithfully in complex and demanding situations. As 
 a growing collective begins to emerge\, we want to create space to gather\
 , pray\, worship\, learn and strengthen one another. This 24-hour resident
 ial retreat is an opportunity to step away from the demands of parish mini
 stry\, build relationships with peers\, and reflect on what God may be doi
 ng in your life\, leadership and ministry. Across 24 hours at Ripon Colleg
 e Cuddesdon\, there will be opportunities for worship\, prayer\, teaching\
 , reflection\, peer networking and action learning conversations. Together
  we will explore the opportunities and challenges of leadership today whil
 e building relationships with others navigating similar contexts and respo
 nsibilities. The retreat is designed to be both inspirational and practica
 l\, offering space to be refreshed spiritually\, strengthened by our peers
 \, and equipped for leadership. Set within the beautiful Oxfordshire count
 ryside\, Ripon College Cuddesdon provides a peaceful setting in which to p
 ause\, reflect and reconnect with God and others. The retreat begins with 
 lunch on Thursday 15 October and concludes after lunch on Friday 16 Octobe
 r. The residential package includes overnight accommodation\, all meals\, 
 and refreshments. Early bird rate: £70 until 31 August. Standard rate: £
 110 from 1 September. If you are a church leader under 40 looking for spir
