 gelical leaders who will lead with faith\, resilience and impact in a rapi
 dly changing world. That’s why we are excited to host this new retreat f
 or those under 40 years old who are church leaders or who carry significan
 t leadership responsibility in the church. Whether you are ordained or lay
 \, are involved directly in the overall leadership of the church or have o
 versight of a specific ministry\, you are likely having to navigate change
  and are doing what you can to lead faithfully in complex and demanding si
 tuations. That’s why we want to create space to gather\, pray\, worship\
 , as we look together at what it means to be strengthened in the Lord and 
 strengthened by each other. This 24-hour residential retreat is an opportu
 nity to step away from the demands of parish ministry\, build relationship
 s with peers\, and reflect on what Jesus may be doing in your life\, leade
 rship and ministry. Across 24 hours at Ripon College Cuddesdon\, there wil
 l be opportunities for worship\, prayer\, teaching\, reflection\, as exter
 nal speakers will join us to teach and encourage. Set within the beautiful
  Oxfordshire countryside\, Ripon College Cuddesdon provides a peaceful set
 ting in which to pause\, reflect and reconnect with God and others. The re
 treat begins with lunch at 12pm on Thursday 15 October and concludes after
  lunch on Friday 16 October 2pm. The residential package includes overnigh
 t accommodation\, all meals\, and refreshments. Early bird rate: £70 unti
 l 7 September. Standard rate: £110 from 8 September. Don’t let cost be
