 s. As a growing collective begins to emerge\, we want to create space to g
 ather\, pray\, worship\, learn and strengthen one another. This 24-hour re
 sidential retreat is an opportunity to step away from the demands of paris
 h ministry\, build relationships with peers\, and reflect on what God may 
 be doing in your life\, leadership and ministry. Across 24 hours at Ripon 
 College Cuddesdon\, there will be opportunities for worship\, prayer\, tea
 ching\, reflection\, peer networking and action learning conversations. To
 gether we will explore the opportunities and challenges of leadership toda
 y while building relationships with others navigating similar contexts and
  responsibilities. The retreat is designed to be both inspirational and pr
 actical\, offering space to be refreshed spiritually\, strengthened by our
  peers\, and equipped for leadership. Set within the beautiful Oxfordshire
  countryside\, Ripon College Cuddesdon provides a peaceful setting in whic
 h to pause\, reflect and reconnect with God and others. The retreat begins
  with lunch on Wednesday 15 October and concludes after lunch on Thursday 
 16 October. The residential package includes overnight accommodation\, all
  meals\, and refreshments. Early bird rate: £70 until 31 August. Standard
  rate: £110 from 1 September. If you are a church leader under 40 looking
  for spiritual refreshment\, practical wisdom and meaningful connection wi
