 hear from CPAS trustee\, Ed Hobbs\, who has been leading St Andrews Cullom
 pton for 16 years\, as he reflects on the joys\, challenges and insights f
 rom long-term leadership. Together we’ll explore how to navigate changin
 g seasons\, sustain vision and hope\, and continue leading fruitfully over
  time. The session has been created for those in church leadership who are
  aged 40 and under. It is 60 minutes long\, with some input but also a goo
 d amount of Q&A where leaders can troubleshoot\, and ask practical ministr
 y questions in a safe context. Next sessions: 10 February\, 9 March\, 5 Ma
 y\, 3 June 2027. There is a growing collective of leaders who want to grow
  closer to Jesus\, and lead with faith\, resilience and impact in a changi
 ng world. Aimed at those under 40 who are either church leaders or who car
 ry significant leadership responsibility in the church\, this growing coll
 ective creates opportunities to connect\, learn and be strengthened in lea
