MPB: Discerning Priorities (4 of 6)
Clarifying vision and setting priorities together provides direction for mission and sustainability across the multi-parish benefice.
Why it matters: Without shared priorities, multi-church contexts risk spreading energy too thinly or competing with one another rather than pulling in the same direction.
Learning outcome: Participants will look at how to create focus and to clarify the MPB’s shared priorities. Some ways to address the tension between local needs with wider benefice goals will be considered.
Who for and cost: Overall leaders of MPBs. You are welcome to book a small team from your MPB to join you. We request that you are in one physical location together to join online.
