Leading Well With Others
Theologically, leadership in the New Testament is plural – it reflects the nature of the body. Practically, no leader has all the gifts necessary for leadership.
But how do we lead well with others? How can we make sense of Anglican structures to enable effective leadership? How do we engage the various generations in leadership when they seem to approach leadership in such different ways? This short course equips clergy and lay leaders to lead well together.
- Engaging people and creating effective structures.
- 12 common dysfunctions of a PCC and what to do about them.
- Building teams.
- Leading well across the generations.
This is a short course CPAS can run for clergy in your diocese. Offering in-depth engagement and tailored content, this course can be run over consecutive days (residential or non-residential), or the sessions can be spread over a number of weeks or months.
