The vision / overall aim of our holiday is to provide every child an extraordinary week filled with an abundance of fun, adventure, friendship and care — creating lifelong memories and friendships that last far beyond the holiday. 

At the heart of it all, we want every child to encounter Jesus, discovering that He sees them, cares for them and longs for a relationship with them. Our prayer is that, years from now, as they remember the adventures they had and the memories they made, they will also remember the Jesus they met and the abundance of His love for them. 

Our overall leader, Luke Marlow, knows firsthand just how special Falcon Holidays can be. Having attended as a child himself, it was here that he personally encountered Jesus and experienced the impact of the holiday. As an adult, he returned to give back to a ministry that had meant so much to him and had such a significant impact on his life. Now, as overall leader, he is passionate about creating those same life-changing opportunities for the next generation of children. 

The impact of Falcon Holidays can also be seen in the children’s own words. At the end of the week, children regularly share how much they have enjoyed themselves, how much they love coming to Carity Wood, and how excited they are to return the following year. It is a joy to know that, alongside an abundance of fun and adventure, we are creating a place where children feel loved, build lasting friendships and have the opportunity to discover Jesus for themselves.
