Leading through Recovery - Resources for Schools
CPAS has produced a number of linked resources to help you to lead your school through the recovery phase of the pandemic. We suggest that you begin with Leading through the Recovery Phase (big blue button below) before checking out the other resources.
Disaster relief agencies tell us that crisis response falls into three sections:
- Response (what needs doing to support people in the immediate aftermath).
- Recovery (once the situation is stable, helping people come to terms with what they have been through).
- Reconstruction (how we want things to look going forwards).
Having responded well by taking learning online and mastering blended learning, soon it will be time to support our school communities through the next phase: Recovery.
