An opportunity to minister in a beautiful part of West Devon just north of Dartmoor, around the town of North Tawton and nearby villages with good links to the city of Exeter. Our parishes seek a Team Vicar who appreciates the opportunities and challenges of rural ministry.
The successful applicant will be:
- A priest of strong personal faith, with good leadership skills and a capacity to enjoy rural parish ministry in a vibrant, all-age context.
- Able to inspire congregations to deepen their faith with Bible-based teaching.
- Ready to embrace varied liturgical styles across the parishes.
- Able to lead and develop the existing ministry team.
- Keen to encourage and support new outreach opportunities to people of all ages.
- Willing to reach out to local communities in practical mission.
