CPAS Webinar: Leading Change (30 April)

Navigating change is a core responsibility of leadership, yet it remains one of the most challenging. The recent Living Ministry report shows that one of the key pressure factors for clergy is leading through change. The good news however is that effective change leadership is a skill that can be learned.

This webinar will focus on the topic of 'Leading change' as we seek to resource those in church leadership. Come and learn together as we look at some key aspects of leading and embedding change.  At the webinar you will also hear about CPAS' new 3 part course on change which you can find here.
