Training for church and school leaders to maximise their strategic partnership with one another.
We provide both training for church leaders on their own, as well as opportunities for church and school leaders to learn together. While our webinars and online learning help church leaders grow in confidence and skill, our partnership programmes bring schools and churches into the same learning space. This unique approach enables shared learning, strategic conversation and joint planning that can lead to deeper and more effective pathways for children and young people to explore faith.

The Pathways Course
Offered both on-site (in partnership with Dioceses) and online. A gathering once per term, with optional gap-tasks that build deeper collaboration between school and church. The course content supports key leaders to work smarter not harder and to be more aware of how spiritual development opportunities are being received across all parts of their community, enabling them to better focus their efforts and plan for deeper impact.
