The pocket Prayer Guide is for anyone and everyone in your churches who is willing to pray for the thriving of the whole group.
It suggests prayer possibilities for the six topics and has space to
capture personal reflections. It could be used over a week, or a topic
at a time over a long period.
Why a Prayer Guide?
God in his love and grace chooses his people to work alongside him in
his Church and kingdom. Therefore, recruiting people to pray in a
structured way for the work and outreach of your churches opens the
situation up to the work of the Spirit of God who loves us dearly,
invites us deeper into the Father’s love, and helps us share the love of
God in Christ with others. By regular praying across a benefice, we
become much more open to the wind of the Spirit blowing among and
through us.
