Building Teams and Mobilising people.

For many in church leadership, building teams and mobilising people poses something of a challenge. In fact, through our own research and ongoing conversations with church leaders over the last year, this has consistently emerged as a number one issue leaders are grappling with.

Questions like these abound:
How do you build a team when people are already stretched?
How do you delegate when others feel too busy to take on more?

How do you lead across multiple churches, PCCs, and expectations?

In this training morning we’ll explore how to build healthy, sustainable teams, not by adding more pressure, but by considering how people are invited, developed, and released into God’s mission.

We’ll look at (amongst other things):

  • how to identify and grow leaders, not just fill gaps.
  • how to mobilise people who are willing but time-poor.
  • how to lead across complexity.
  • how to create a culture where contribution is life-giving, not burdensome.

The aim is that you leave with practical tools, fresh perspective, and a clearer pathway for building teams that can lead to a flourishing church.
