In this Lunchtime Leaders Gathering, we’ll hear from CPAS trustee, Ed Hobbs, who has been leading St Andrews Cullompton for 16 years, as he reflects on the joys, challenges and insights from long-term leadership.
Together we’ll explore how to navigate changing seasons, sustain vision and hope, and continue leading fruitfully over time.
The session has been created for those in church leadership who are aged 40 and under. It is 60 minutes long, with some input but also a good amount of Q&A where leaders can troubleshoot, and ask practical ministry questions in a safe context.
